A very exciting mix for the HEIT series. Joseph Williams is a well-loved friend on the dancefloor and respected DJ who, in recent years, has taken a different path, redirecting his life and deepening his religious practice.

While his relationship with music has evolved, his passion for sound remains very much alive. Carefully curated over time, this experimental mix brings his ambient sound back to the series — weaving cultured soundscapes, drums, chimes, natural elements and touches of jazz into an immersive journey.

Having played respected events including FUSE and Art of Dark, Joseph brings a rich dancefloor history to a sound that feels deeply considered and personal.

Max Sinàl delivers a seamless journey through downtempo, minimal tech, garage and house influences. Originally recorded back in 2018 and kept private for years, the mix finally finds its home with HEIT — unfolding through shifting moods, piano-led textures and hypnotic grooves that feel both timeless and deeply personal. A longtime DJ, producer and founder of Soul Quest Records, Max brings decades of musical knowledge and storytelling into a mix built for sunrise moments and afterparty chapters alike.

London-based DJ and Producer Rubén Baiz moves fluidly through deep, minimal house and tech, infused with soul, funk, and jazz, shaped by the underground cultures of London and Ibiza.
For his contribution to the HEIT series, Rubén explores a slower, more experimental and subtly groovier side of his collection, reflecting the introspective mood of sunlit Sunday walks while nodding to his Latin roots. Through thoughtful song selection and cut-style mixing, the result feels intimate, dynamic, and quietly magical.

Danny Simpson, better known as Swoose, is a London based DJ and producer from Belfast, best known for his gritty, analog-driven house sound. A close friend of HEIT, and was introduced to the series in the very early days of developing the concept. 

We are very excited to present his submission to HEIT which features one of his own productions, showing a more ambient side of Swoose’s sound. 

As the second offering in our series, HEIT shares a live recording from Ruff Sqwad’s own Grime pioneer turned sound healer, David is a King (Dirty Danger).

HEIT had the honour of hosting an exclusive live sound healing session with David. The recording from this special event is now released as his submission to the HEIT series. It stands as a deeply moving and extraordinary addition to our ongoing exploration of sound.

Proud to announce that the first HEIT mix submission comes from the extremely talented and musically diverse Wax Material; Jessi’s keen ear for music delves deep. Her traveling Vinyl store is a party starter popping up all over the country at festivals. 

This year Jessi’s debut Glastonbury set delved into her eclectic side, which we felt would be a perfect submission for HEIT.
